Mental Health Volunteer

The post is to volunteer primarily with clients living in the home. You will develop skills and understanding of individuals with special needs who may be physically or mentally frail or suffer from disabilities. You have the opportunity to attend basic training courses relating to Health and Safety and emergency procedures. You will support and build relationships with the individuals within the home to develop their independence, confidence and skills. Talking to others,Listening The role is based in Taunton. There is training required for this role. Therefore, we are looking for candidates who can commit long term and would not be suitable for people just looking for a few weeks placement.
