In the Mix Project (ITMP) is a local registered charity (no. 1161486) and a youth and community enhancement provider. In the Mix Youth Project is a trusted local organisation that actively seeks to involve as wide a range of people as possible in all aspects of engagement and participation. We have established links with a number of key local and national organisations and decision makers.
In The Mix endeavours to provide services that are accessible to all with a focus on youth work and providing for the younger generation. We create opportunities, provide positive activity & encourage social action to benefit the surrounding rural area & local community.
In The Mix provides professional youth work support and advice to young people, relating to issues prevalent to themselves, their communities and their environment. Some of whom are socially isolated due to poor transport links, poor mobile signal reception and low speed broadband connection. We provide youth provision, including centre based, outreach, project and targeted youth work to young people living in Taunton Deane and West Somerset. Young people have access to regular youth sessions, which provide informal educational activities, and positive opportunities that enhance their learning and personal, social, emotional and professional development.
