Detailed description
"Do you like art or painting yourself?
Could you run an art group helping others with their own projects or give them ideas?
Approx 3 hours per month. Monday to Thursday afternoons.
Volunteers must live or work locally. This opportunity is located at:
- Maglands, Watchet TA23 0ED
- Willow Grove, Washford TA23 0PT
- Carantoc, Carhampton TA24 6NE
- Fishers Mead, Dulverton TA22 9EN
DBS check will be paid for by Magna Housing."

"Magna owns and manages around 1,400 sheltered homes. These properties are primarily for older people who want to live independently in the privacy of their own homes, but with the security of knowing that there are people on hand to help in an emergency.
Many schemes have a communal room, available for residents to use for socialising and activities. Some also have guest rooms, available for residents families to stay, for a small charge. Most schemes have gardens or other outside areas for residents to enjoy.
Some of our sheltered housing is situated close to town centres, within easy walking reach of shops, buses and local facilities. Other schemes are set in peaceful, rural locations in villages throughout Dorset and Somerset."
