Volunteers can really make a difference.
Our fantastic care teams are working incredibly hard to support our residents at this difficult time and their sense of pride, compassion and care is second to none. Our team of volunteers are helping with the things that create joy, happiness and normality at a time when all around us it feels very different.
Its the simple things that you can help with: helping with activities to keep residents active and involved, perhaps reading with them or doing a puzzle, laying the tables for dinner or perhaps tending to the outside spaces so that the spring flowers bring joy to everyone.
It might even be just having a chat, conversation is so important to us all.
