Libraries Volunteer - Team Support Volunteer - Various locations across Somerset

As a Somerset Libraries volunteer, there are a variety of different ways that you can get involved and support your local library. From helping library staff with stock deliveries, customer requests, to  running activities and events or even assisting customers with digital skills, our volunteers become valuable members of the library team. Our volunteers bring a variety of experience, knowledge and skills and contribute to making libraries a vibrant and exciting place to visit - supporting libraries to deliver a range of opportunities and activities to our customers that also benefit the wider community.

Being a Team Support Volunteer will enable you to get involved in a mixture of customer service, book stock and shelving and library presentation tasks. This is a great opportunity to develop your communication and customer service skills as well as learning about library stock presentation management and organisation.
