Rusty Road 2 Recovery CIC Not for Profit is looking for a committed and experienced volunteer grant writer/fund raiser who is passionate about enhancing people’s mental health. We require positive, forward thinking, resilient person who can work closely with our directors.
This role will suit someone who has previous experience of writing grant applications who may be retired or out of work and wants to give something back to the community. Ideally you need to have time to research eligibility for applications and possible help out with other fundraising opportunities.
Our restoration projects and creative therapy sessions encourage individuals to contribute positively in rebuilding, repairing and creating new and often beautiful items. These include classic car restoration, metal work sculpturing, air brush art therapy and metal work and fabrication. By your hard work you will be supporting others to enhance their health and wellbeing. We prioritise individual recovery whilst facilitating strength from within, based on the experience of our staff who know how it feels to be unwell.
