Wellbeing in Nature Session at Stanley’s Garden

The AM sessions will be aimed at people living in the community who are over 55 and have a diagnosis of dementia or experience mild cognitive decline.

The PM sessions are aimed at older adults living in the community experiencing mental health issues, loneliness and isolation.
Purpose of the role: Supporting older participants and those living with dementia to engage with nature-based and reflective activities and each other during ‘Wellbeing in Nature’ sessions at Stanley's Garden, Worle
What you will be doing:
- Helping set up resources and materials for activities
- Supporting participants socially and with nature-based activities
- Passing on any queries or issues to project leaders
- Helping us create a warm, welcoming atmosphere
- Focus lies on improving participants’ wellbeing
- Helping pack away at the end of a session
