Summary
We are seeking an additional Trustee to join our team. If you have an interest in art / craft and would be willing to support the charity please get in touch.Detailed description
Trustees support the strategy and direction of the charity. We have a dedicated Manager and team of staff who run the gallery on a day to day basis. We are looking for a Trustee to join the charity. If you live in Somerset, have an interest or skill in art or craft, or a business background you may be the person we are seeking to join our team.
We hold meetings alternate months and Trustees also support the gallery by attending previews and social events.
About Art Care Education
Based in The Old Town Hall, Somerton, our exhibition space hosts a dynamic range of art and contemporary craft throughout the year and incorporates stimulating associated events and workshops. The ground floor sales area has a wide range of craft works from over 100 mainly local artists. Volunteers also support the work of the charity. Our principle aim as a charity is to provide art and creative activity to inspire, empower and enable people to develop and grow.
