Leading and co-ordinating our volunteer teamDetailed description
The main responsibilities of the chairperson are:
- Chairing BACC meetings and preparation of agendas;
- Co-ordinating the BACC volunteer team, ensuring everyone is working effectively together.
In addition to this, the chairperson may choose to take on any of the additional tasks that the group decides to focus on.
Historically, the group has met bi-monthly, but this could change depending on the needs and preferences of the new volunteers.

Formed in February 2019, our main aim is to improve things for cyclists, promote safer riding and push for the provision of new route infrastructure in and around Bridgwater. We also support safer walking and wheeling and all means of sustainable transport.
