Are you passionate about making a difference in your community? WATCH CIO, a dedicated charity supporting isolated adults in Chard, Somerset, as part of their work being the lead provision for Open Mental Health Network across Somerset, is seeking an experienced Chair Person. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive our mission of empowerment, social inclusion, and resilience-building. You'll be joining a passionate teams throughout the organisation and you will have the chance to participate in activities outside of the role.

About Us: Since 2010, WATCH has provided a safe space for adults to restore capabilities and build peer relationships. Our initiatives include workshops, support groups, and community projects that foster confidence and empowerment. Plus, we're excited to announce that we are becoming a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), which will enhance our ability to serve the community effectively. We're also growing our website, courses, and digital platforms to better support our members through peer support. Our goal is for 50% of our funding to come from donations within five years.
