About Citizens Advice Somerset

We are an independent charity that provides free, confidential and impartial advice for people who live and work in Somerset. Providing quality advice on a wide range of topics such as: money/debt, housing, benefits, employment, consumer and relationship problems. Our goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whatever problem they face. We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination. Volunteers are the life-force of our organisation and without them we would not be able to deliver the level of service we offer. Becoming a volunteer may seem a little daunting, but don't worry, you will be joining a supportive and friendly team. Whatever your experience, skills or interests, we probably have a role for you. We provide full training and support you in whatever role you choose to do.
