Summary
We are looking for volunteers from the local community to go into one of our partner primary schools and support children to grow a love of reading.Detailed description
We are looking for volunteers from the local community to complete our interactive, live, online training. Following this you will be matched to one of our partner primary schools where you will commit to going into the school at least one afternoon a week, every week. During this time you will support the same few children each week, one to one to grow a love of reading.
You will not just listen to the children read you will also read to the children, engage in book chat and play booked based games.
You will support these children to grow a love of reading.
You will also be given ongoing support and be matched to one of our dedicated support reps who will be on had to help you and answer and questions you may have.
