Detailed description

ESS Education and Support Services are opening a Community Hub and Tearooms in Langport, Somerset.

ESS are currently looking for volunteers to help with the daily operational activities within the Community Hub and Tearoom. 

Volunteers will be expected to undertake a number of tasks to include waiting tables, cooking, greet and meet, and cleaning depending on experience and ability. 

The community Hub will provide a number of services to the local community to include educational workshops and activities, therefore volunteers will be involved in supporting families and local residents and bringing communities together.

Interested in volunteering with ESS, a few hours per week on occasion or more regular bases, than why not attend our Volunteer Open day.

ESS Open day will be held on Tuesday 19th February 2024 at 3pm and Wednesday 20th February 2024 at 10am at ESS Community Hub & Tea Rooms Old Kelways, Somerton Road, Langport, TA10 9SJ.

ESS Education and Support Services became a charitable incorporated organisation in September 2023.

Predominately the charity was formed to provide support, advice and guidance to parents, carers, guardians alongside bespoke educational packages for vulnerable young people, aged 10 - 25 living within Somerset and the wider south-west region.
