About Home Group

Home Group is a national organisation with a strategy to ‘Build Homes, Independence and Aspirations’. In addition to being a large social housing provider we also deliver a wide range of Care and Support services. ‘In South Somerset, there are various Home Group services providing interventions for Adult homeless. Most recently we have opened The Link which is our health and wellbeing community hub with the Aim to upskill, empower and connect some of the most vulnerable adults in the area.’
