Summary

Volunteers needed for our 3 day family music festival, Home Farm Fest taking place from Friday 6th to Sunday 8th June 2025 in Chilthorne Domer, near Yeovil.

Detailed description

Would you like the opportunity to come to a fabulous music festival for free and at the same time support a brilliant charity supporting children around the world ?

If so, then why not come and volunteer at Home Farm Festival 18 which runs from 6th - 8th June 2025!

Home Farm Festival is a 3 day family music festival held in Chilthorne Domer near Yeovil in Somerset to raise money for the fabulous charity School in a Bag. We are seeking volunteers to support us in the running of the event in a number of different roles. These include :

Site Set Up and Pack Down - if you have some free time in the week beginning 2nd June or anytime after the 8th June then you can help out with seeing up and taking down the festival site.

Stewards - our Stewards are the backbone of the festival, situated on our entry gates and around the site they are the first face people see and offer help and support to everyone attending. Various Shifts are available throughout the weekend.

Bar Staff - all of our 5 bars are all staffed by volunteers. To help out in the bars you must be over 18 and have had some bar experience as they get very busy.

Festival Shop - Our festival shop sells merchandise and festival wear. We also pack our SchoolBags in this site as well.

Tea Tents - our tea tents need volunteers to help make milkshakes, teas and coffees and see cake and other refreshments to thirsty and hungry people.

Charity Shop - we also need people to hope out in our charity shop - packing our fabulous SchoolBags and telling people about the work of the charity.

Whatever your interest we have an opportunity for you, just fill out the form and we'll be in touch.
