Summary

You can help us raise thousands of pounds this year at our Colour Run by giving the priceless gift of a few hours of your time.
We are looking for enthusiastic

Detailed description

There’s lot of ways you can get involved, you could help by:

  • setting up or packing down before and after the Colour Run
  • cheering on our fabulous Colour Runners around the course
  • serving refreshments or selling our colourful merchandise
  • supporting the family fun day; selling raffle tickets or manning stalls 

If you are interested in a specific role, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

You do not need any specific experience or qualifications, but the role may be suitable if you:

  • enjoy meeting and talking to new people
  • are confident handling cash and using card machines
  • are keen to support, raise funds and the profile of St Margaret’s Hospice Care
  • are willing to represent the hospice and wear branded uniform whilst volunteering

You will receive a full volunteer brief prior to the event.

We are committed to providing specialist palliative care, advice, support and respite to patients and their families living in Somerset and parts of neighbouring counties. Our care is available for those who have a terminal or life-limiting illness, for example cancer, motor neurone disease and chronic lung disease.
