Community Cook

Are you passionate about cooking and making a difference in your community? YMCA Taunton is seeking enthusiastic volunteers to join us as Community Cooks.

This is a fantastic opportunity to use your culinary skills to support our Youth Team with events such as Youth Club, Young Carers Group, Holiday Activities, Seasonal meals (eg Christmas).

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals for various YMCA events and youth group activities.
• Plan menus that cater to diverse dietary needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with YMCA staff to ensure food safety and quality.
• Assist in organising and facilitating cooking workshops for youth and community members.

Ideal Volunteer:
