Summary
We are looking for someone to be a trustee to support us with health and safety matters within our charity. It is an important but not a time consuming role.Detailed description
We are looking for some new trustees who are interested in supporting this wonderful local charity as it grows and develops. We would especially like someone who has some skills with health and safety issues or building maintenance as we occupy a premises which needs to be kept compliant and safe for our visitors and volunteers. It is not a complicated job but we do not currently have the skills to ensure that it is done correctly. If you can help us, it would make a huge difference and allow us to continue our creative community work!

We are a community based charity, collecting local business waste which is safe for re-use and otherwise destined for landfill. We then organise it and sell it our members for a fraction of what you would pay on the high street. It's a much loved and well used resource centre for crafters, schools and creative people who care about the environment. .
