We are looking for volunteer gardeners in Chard to work with the Snowdon House Residents’ Association’s Gardening Group

Do you enjoy being outside? Are you interested in gardening? Are you able to support older residents in Chard by volunteering an hour or two a week to help maintain the grounds of Snowdon House, Independent Living scheme in Chard? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

The Snowdon House Residents’ Association’s Gardening Group are looking for local volunteers to work with them on the surrounding grounds to help bring them to life this spring. Support is needed to help with the maintenance and management of some areas, but also to re-imagine other parts and make the most of this outside space. It has become invaluable through the Covid-19 pandemic as a safe space for the residents to enjoy.
