About Active and In Touch Frome

We support adults over the age of 18 who may feel isolated and lonely within our community. We recently opened a Cafe at the Frome Medical Practice where you will find great coffee, cake and a friendly face! We also provide a 1:1 befriending service and a community drivers system. We are always requiring volunteers to support this charity. If you would like to befriend, volunteer in the cafe or help with driving please do get in touch.
