About Martock Parish Council - Community Team
Martock Community Team are a localised Social Care team who support residents in Martock by providing services and offering one to one support. The overall aim of which is to combat loneliness and isolation; and to support and empower individuals with their own goals and challenges. The services we offer include: - Martock Job Club supporting residents with their employment, training and volunteering journey; The Wednesday Club, a social support group combating isolation and improving well-being and health; Martock Friend's Group, a friendly group for seniors who come together for companionship, activity and lunch; Befriending; The Community Allotment; and Well-Being Walks.Martock Parish Council - Community Team
